Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order with Leora. By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.
These terms apply to all purchases made through the Leora online store. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not place an order.
1. About us
Leora is an online women's clothing retailer based in the United Kingdom.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over and that the information you have provided is accurate and complete.
3. Placing an order
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the items at the prices shown. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us — this is the moment a legally binding contract is formed between you and Leora.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in the following circumstances:
- The product is out of stock
- There is a pricing or product description error on our website
- We are unable to verify payment
- We have reason to believe the order is fraudulent
If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund promptly.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and are inclusive of applicable VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout and will be added to your order total.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of ordering. We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider — Leora does not store or have access to your full card details.
If your payment fails, your order will not be placed. Please check your card details and try again, or contact your bank.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days of receiving them. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Please see our Delivery page for full details of delivery zones, timeframes, and costs.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, contact us at info@leora.com.
7. Your right to cancel — EU and UK consumers
If you are a consumer based in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving any reason. This right is provided under:
- EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
- UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly before the end of the 14-day period by emailing info@leora.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
You must return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the original payment method.

9. Product information
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colours, sizes, and descriptions. However:
- Colours may appear slightly differently depending on your screen calibration
- Linen fabric has natural variations in texture, weave, and shade — these are inherent characteristics of the material, not defects
- Washed linen will soften and relax slightly after washing — this is expected and desirable
If you receive an item that is materially different from its description, please contact us and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
10. Faulty goods
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Sale of Goods Directive, you are entitled to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@leora.com with your order number and a photo. We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund.
11. Limitation of liability
Leora's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with a purchase is limited to the total value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.
12. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, design, and copy — is owned by or licensed to Leora. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer based in the EU, you may also benefit from mandatory protections under the laws of your country of residence, and nothing in these terms affects those rights.
For EU consumers, the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not currently obliged to participate in ADR but we will always aim to resolve disputes directly and promptly.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order is the version that applies to your purchase.
