Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Return window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. This is in line with your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
What can be returned
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition with all tags still attached
- Free from perfume, deodorant, make-up or any other marks
- Returned in the original packaging where possible
Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene liner has not been removed. For hygiene reasons, swimwear tried on without the liner in place cannot be accepted back.
How to return
- Email info@leora.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will confirm within 1 working day.
- Pack your item securely. Include your order number inside the parcel.
- Send it back using a tracked postal service. We strongly recommend keeping your proof of postage — we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit to us.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.
Return shipping costs
Return postage is at your own expense, unless the item you received was faulty, damaged, or not as described — in which case we will arrange and cover the return.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 10 working days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
Original outbound delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please email info@leora.com within 30 days of receipt with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will arrange a free return collection and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your original item and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the right piece to you.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or affects your statutory rights as a consumer. EU customers have the right to withdraw from any purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. UK customers have equivalent rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. These rights apply regardless of sale status or any other condition.
