We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, this page explains your rights and our process in full.

Your statutory right to a refund

As a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the legal right to return any item within 14 calendar days of the day you receive your order, for any reason or no reason at all. This right is provided by:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
  • UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013

This right applies in addition to your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Conditions for return

To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags still attached
  • Free from perfume, deodorant, make-up, or other marks
  • Returned within 14 days of your notification to us that you wish to return

Swimwear may only be returned if the hygiene liner has not been removed. For hygiene reasons, swimwear tried on without the liner in place cannot be accepted for return.

How to request a refund

  1. Email us at info@leora.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and which item(s) you wish to return. A statement such as "I wish to return [item] from order #XXXX" is sufficient.
  2. We will confirm your return request within 1 working day and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack your item(s) securely and send using a tracked postal service. Include your order number inside the parcel. Please keep your proof of postage.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.

Refund amount and method

We will refund the full product price to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Original outbound delivery charges are not refunded, except where the item is faulty or we sent you the wrong item
  • Return postage costs are your responsibility, except where the item is faulty or incorrectly sent
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving your returned goods. Please allow up to 10 additional working days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is:

  • Faulty or damaged on arrival
  • Not as described on our website
  • The wrong item

Please contact us at info@leora.com within 30 days of receipt with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. In these cases, we will arrange and cover the cost of the return and offer you a full refund or replacement — your choice. You do not need to pay any return shipping costs.

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Sale of Goods Directive, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for goods that are not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Items returned more than 14 days after you notified us of your wish to return
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
  • Swimwear where the hygiene liner has been removed

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return your original item following the process above and place a new order. Your refund will be processed once we receive your return.
